Shipping Methods

Items are usually made-to-order and are dispatched within 1-3 days of your order being placed. You will receive an email to inform you when your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is dispatched, the times below apply depending on which country we are shipping to and the delivery method chosen at checkout.

We recommend choosing a tracked method of shipping.

 

UK Delivery Times and Prices

£2.50 - Royal Mail Signed For First Class: 1 to 2 days

European Delivery Times and Prices

£4.00 - Royal Mail International Standard (Not Tracked): 5 working days estimated

£8.00 - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For: 3 to 5 working days estimated

Rest of the World Delivery Times and Prices

£6.00 - Royal Mail International Standard (Not Tracked): 7 working days estimated

£9.00 - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For: 5 to 7 working days estimated

 

Please note:

  • Delivery times outside the UK may take longer than the estimates given. If you have selected a tracked service, a tracking code will be emailed to you and you can view the progress of your item online right through to delivery.

  • You may need to pay customs charges when your order arrives if your country is outside the EU, these charges will not be covered by The Texture Factory. 

  • Royal Mail does not declare items posted within the UK as lost until after 20 working days for Europe* and 25 working days for rest of the world*.  If you have selected a shipping method without any form of tracking, we will take these times into account before sending out replacements. 

*period of time is calculated after due delivery date.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns for any reason. For all returns, please contact us at returns@thetexturefactory.com within 14 days of receiving your order where we will provide you with our postal address.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. Please include a note with your name and order number.

Return postage is paid for by the customer, we advise you obtain proof of postage and ideally use a recorded delivery method. 

We will issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving your order. If you are returning a partial order, you will be refunded the cost of the individual item(s) but not the original postage cost. If you are returning a complete order, you will be issued a full refund including the original postage costs (international orders will receive up to £5 refund towards the original postage costs). 

Exchanges

For all exchanges, please contact us at returns@thetexturefactory.com within 14 days of receiving your order where we will provide you with our postal address and arrange an exchange.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. Please include a note with your name and order number.

Return postage is paid for by the customer, we advise you obtain proof of postage and use a recorded delivery method. 

We will cover the cost of postage for sending the new item out for UK orders and up to £5 for international orders. If the price of the exchanged item is lower or higher than the new item, the difference in price will either be charged in addition or refunded. Once we have received your item and any outstanding amount is paid, we will send the new item to you.

Faulty:

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at returns@thetexturefactory.com within 14 days of receiving your order where we will provide our postal address. Please include a photo to help us understand what may have happened.

Once we have received your item, we will fix or replace your item or fully refund the order depending on your preference. We will cover the return postage for both UK and International orders.
